That’s right. Not only have I not posted since November, I’m going to ask you all to update your feeds now.
I’ve moved to http://kateyj.typepad.com.
Come, join me there. It’s wicked fun.

On Saturday, three of my girlfriends and I took off for Huntsville, Alabama.
To meet Franklin.
Yes, that Franklin.
We left at an ungodly hour, and I took the first shift driving. Evidently when I stay up very late playing Rock Band 2 with Jennifer and Trav and we giggle much of the evening about Jenn’s dancing and the lyrics to “Skullcrusher Mountain,” (go ahead, I’ll wait, because if you don’t laugh at that, you’re dead inside) then I am especially punchy the next morning, when I arise at 5:45 am.
And by punchy, I mean that I kept asking the girls, “Isn’t it enough that I ruined a pony making this gift for you?”
And I found the fact that the road on the Garmin was bubblegum pink and the little car icon looked like it was skidding whenever there was a curve in the road hilarious.
But enough about that. You want to know about the photos? Right?
We went to Abalama (Claudia’s pronunciation) to have our photos taken by Franklin for his 1,000 Knitters project.
Here’s what that looked like (for those of you reading in bloglines and the like, there’s a cool gallery thingy here, you should totally visit my site to see it!):
There was also stash enhancement, but that will have to wait for a bit, since I just spent an hour editing photos and playing with my gallery plugin.
There was THIS though…
Not available yet, and somehow, they were there for Franklin to sign.
His handwriting is beautiful, isn’t it? (There are totally photos here, I swearz.)
